Prince Harry’s Ex-Girlfriend Cressida Bonas Wraps Up First Season of Podcast, Teases New Episodes
Cressida Bonas, Prince Harry’s former girlfriend, has announced the conclusion of the first season of her podcast, Lessons From Our Mothers, and revealed plans for a second season.
The British actress shared the news in an Instagram video, telling fans, “And that is a wrap! Thank you very much to those of you who listened and shared your feedback.”

“I hope you got something from it as much as we have—we loved making it,” she added. “We hope to see you in September for our second series. Bye!”
In her post’s caption, Bonas wrote, “That’s a WRAP on season one!” She thanked listeners for their support and feedback, teasing, “We can’t wait to bring you our second season, coming soon wherever you get your podcasts.”
She signed off by promising more “extraordinary guests and honest conversations about motherhood” in future episodes, alongside her co-host, Isabella.
Bonas first announced the podcast in March, revealing it would launch on Mothering Sunday 2025. She dated Prince Harry from 2012 to 2014 after being introduced to him by mutual friends.
